Express Entry is Canada's online score based system which invites candidates for Permanent Residency by referring to a points-based immigration system used by the Canadian government to manage and select candidates for immigrating into Canada.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates eligible for Express Entry are assessed based on factors such as age, education, work experience, language proficiency, and adaptability. Points are awarded for each factor, and candidates are ranked based on their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score.

Express Entry manages three primary federal economic programs:
Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
Federal Skilled Trades (FST)
Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

Provinces and Territories may also recruit candidates who have an Express Entry profile through the Provincial Nomineee Program (PNP) to meet labour market needs.

Create an Online Profile:

Create an Online Profile: Interested individuals create an online Express Entry profile where they provide information about their skills, work experience, language proficiency, and other relevant details. The profile is then entered into the Express Entry pool.
EXPRESS ENTRY

Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS):

Candidates in the Express Entry pool are assigned a CRS score out of 1,200 based on the information provided in their profiles. Points are awarded for factors like age, education, work experience, language proficiency, and additional points for factors such as a job offer or provincial nomination.

Invitation to Apply (ITA):

The Canadian government conducts regular draws from the Express Entry pool. Candidates with the highest CRS scores receive Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence.
EXPRESS ENTRY

Permanent Residence Application:

Once an individual receives an ITA, they have a limited time to submit a complete application for permanent residence. This involves providing detailed documentation to support the information provided in their Express Entry profile.
